Sub-parts-per-trillion sensitivity in trace gas detection by cantilever-enhanced photo-acoustic spectroscopy

Research output: Conference materialsAbstractpeer-review

Abstract

We report a simple cantilever-enhanced photoacoustic detector, which reaches exceptionally good sensitivity in trace gas detection of hydrogen fluoride by using a highly stable narrow-linewidth optical parametric oscillator at 2.476 μm. © OSA 2018.
