Abstract
[The Finnish Bryological Society spring excursion to Vallisaari, Helsinki]. A total of 69 species of bryophytes were recorded during a one-day excursion to Vallisaari Island just off Helsinki. Eight species of these belong to Hepaticophytina and 61 species to Bryophytina. Vallisaari island is a former closed military area opened to the public in May 2016.
