Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and assess World Council of Churches' (WCC) teaching on Just Peace from the perspective of the causes of war, especially as such causes have been investigated by realist theories of international relations (IR).

The results of this study show that WCC's teaching on Just Peace does not provide a workable plan p overcome wars and to establish Just Peace between states. There are four
