Kuvaus
Standard scanning electron microcope for imaging of biological samples at variable pressure (high and low vacuum modes and extended vacuum mode (ESEM) with special cooling stage) with a selection secondary and back scattered electron detectors. Alternatively, Gatan 3View system with dedicated BSED detector can be installed for automatic block face SEM imaging of plastic embedded specimens for volume EM.
