The RTqPCR system (BioRad MiniOpticon™) system is a compact, two-color, real-time detection platform built on the MJ Mini™ cycler for real-time PCR applications and gel-free PCR analysis. Its two-color multiplexing capability allows detection of a range of fluorophores.
