Tutkimuksen ja opetuksen kuvaus

Dr Hang Kei Ho works in the Department of Sociology at the University of Helsinki where he conducts research and teaches in the fields of globalisation studies.

He previously worked in academic positions in the Netherlands, Sweden and the UK lecturing across the fields of Asian Studies, Business Management, Development Studies, Economic Geography and Public Health.

His research themes include cultural consumption in the East and West, the globalisation of wine in Hong Kong, housing segregation and the super-rich, and the flow of capital from South East Asia to global property markets.
