Tutkimuksen ja opetuksen kuvaus

Hanna Reinius (PhD) is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, University of Helsinki. Her professional experience comes from both the private sector and academia. She has worked in organizational and professional expertise development and research projects, as well as with mentoring, teaching, and supervising. During the last years at the University of Helsinki, she has been coordinating research-practice partnership developmental projects with several schools and mentoring schools’ management groups in their developmental initiatives.  

Her research focuses on school culture transformation, transformative professional agency, and changes in educational practices.  Currently, Dr. Reinius works as a teacher in the Learning and Teaching in Digital Environments (www.helsinki.fi/digierko, DigiErko) postgraduate specialization studies program at the University of Helsinki.
