Academic and pedagogical leadership in chairing department

The research focuses on academic leadership, especially on pedagogical leadership.

In the research project, department chairs of two universities, were interviewed. Interview themes focused on becoming and development as a department chair, challenges of academic leadership, challenges during organisational changes, pedagogical leadership in the department, future perspectives and developing as a department chair.
