Developing entrepreneurship, innovations and firm management in agricultural enterprises

The purpose of this study is to improve the declining profitability among Finnish farmers by focusing on the development of strategic entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial orientation. By becoming more entrepreneurially oriented, the farmers may improve the long run profitability of their enterprises. The length of the project is in total 27 months divided into periods of nine months per year over three years.
