Kuvaus

The aim of the project is to estimate the environmental impacts of large-scale production of cultured meat by using consequential life cycle assessment. Cultured meat is produced by using cell culturing and tissue engineering technologies. Cells obtained from a livestock are cultured in nutrition medium in a bioreactor.
