Lifelong Training and Career Management

It was the aim of the study to conduct an in-depth analysis and critical reflection on available literature (produced both by academia and EU documents from which policy-making guidelines were derived either at the EU level and at the national/local level) on Lifelong Training and Career Management, making the case for their inseparability at the research and policy-making level, as well as at the practice level.
