Locally-driven co-development of plant-based value chains towards more sustainable African food system with healthier diets and export potential

InnoFoodAfrica is a H2020 funded project aiming to explore and develop innovaitons based on climate-smart African crops in Ethiopia, Kenya, South Africa and Uganda. The project will develop and demonstrate optimal solutions for cultivation practices, processing and productization towards new value chains, thus enhancing nutritionally balanced food consumption in urban Africa and creating
opportunities to reach international markets.
