Kuvaus (abstrakti)
PEARL objectives are: 1) identification of local welfare systems typologies; 2) definition of outcome indicators of poverty, vulnerability and well-being; 3) evaluation of policies against poverty and social exclusion to draw practical lessons for the years to come; 4) creation of working communities to introduce current practices for local agents.
