Research Visit to France for work with Dr. Bertrand Dumont (Department of Animal Physiology and Livestock Systems, French National Institute for Agriculture, Food, and Environment (INRAE)) and Drs. Rozenn Gazan, Florent Vieux, and Mathieu Maillot (MS-Nutrition).The overall objective for the research visit is to produce a co-authored paper preliminarily entitled, “Assessing the performance of HNV farming systems to support sustainable, healthy, and climate-neutral diets”, a paper which will contribute final deliverables for the completion of PhD requirements of Miriam Torres-Miralles and Rachel Mazac.
