Flow cytometer sorter BD Fusion

The BD FACS Aria Fusion Flow Cytometer sorter (the newer of the two sorters at our core) can be used to analyze and sort from a suspension sample of animal, plant, or bacteria cells based on cell size (using scatter parameters) or fluorescence (for example from GFP, or antibody-conjugated fluorochromes) using flow cytometry.
