Xevo TQ-absolute tandem quadrupole mass spectrometer for the quantitative UPLC/MS applications. Broad range of ion source available. Qualitative and quantitaive analysis of small molecules and peptides. Analytes are separated by UPLC and monitored by tandem mass spectrometry using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). Both positive and negative ionizing compounds can be detected.
