  • Modern software and hardware in Environmental Science:
  1. Data science and associated languages (Python numerical stack and R)
  2. Affordable instrumentation development (e.g. RPI) 
  3. Promoting up-to-date software practice (e.g. version control)

I am instructing on "Environmental Data Science" which covers some of the practical aspects of working with data in R and Python. We use Jupyter notebooks for course content which you can find on our lab's github:
