Katri Pardon is a doctoral researcher in Educational Sciences at the University of Helsinki, Finland. Pardon graduated in 2007 with a M.Sc.(Econ) degree from the University of Turku, Finland and her current research interests lie in studying the strength-based approach of positive psychology as a part of Finnish early childhood education. Pardon's interdisciplinary background, combined with more than ten years of experience in business life, bring their own, practical nuances to her research work. Pardon is a member of the Helsinki research community of special educational needs (SEN) and the Academy of Finland funded project "Child in Time - Existential Resilience in Early Childhood (CiTe, 2023-2027)".
