I am working on causal, explanatory, and evidential reasoning at the intersection of behavioral and social sciences, with a focus on behavioural public policy. Currently, I am writing my first article which asks what are the implications for causal mechanism discovery in the psychology of poverty when the challenge of construct validity is taken into account. I am being supervised by Heikki Hiilamo, Jaakko Kuorikoski, and Kaisa Kärki.

I am also researching, together with the research team at Demos Helsinki, the use of scientific evidence in crisis decision-making.
