Information om forskning och undervisning

My research is focusing on the structural and solution characterization of biomacromolecules, mainly polysaccharides. Especially, I have been interested how the chemical structure affects the dilute solution properties of branched polysaccharides. In solution characterization studies, I use size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) and asymmetric flow field-flow fractionation (AsFlFFF) equipped with multiple detectors (light scattering, viscometer, ultra violet, refractive index).
