Information om forskning och undervisning

Marta Maroni (PhD in Constitutional Law with distinction) is a postdoctoral researcher at the Legal Tech Lab and the Erik Castrén Institute of International Law and Human Rights.

In my PhD, The Right to Access The Internet: A Critical Analysis of The Constitutionalisation of The Internet, I conceptualise the right to access the Internet from a post-humanistic perspective and develop a  socio-theoretical approach to constitutionalism in the context of Internet governance.

Prior to academia, I worked as a legislative assistant at the Italian Senate (2008-2012), on topics such as EU law, federalism, and social rights.
