My research focus areas are Encapsulation (Gases and Bioactive Compounds); Dairy Powders; Crystallisation and Glass Transition of Foods; Food Drying; Milk and Milk Processing; Milk Foaning and Emulsions

  • Practial teacher in The University of Queensland, Australia (2015-2016) : Food Engineering II subjects (undergraduate and postgraduate courses) : Emulsification, Fluidised bed drying, Spray drying, Rice processing, Water activity, Mixing, and Crystallisation, etc.
  • Lecturer in An Giang Univeristy, Vietnam (2005-2013) : Food Engineering subjects (Undergraduate courses) : Principles for Food Processing, Heat and Mass Balance, Heat and Mass Transfer, and Fluid Flow Properties, ect.
