I am an archaeobotanist with an interest in all types of landscape archaeology. My main interest is foremost within socio-ecological processes, that is how nature and culture has adapted to each other over long periods of time.

I mostly work with palynological data, but I also use macrofossils, spatial data, and archaeological data. My area of expertice lays within northern Europe and I have mostly worked within a timeframe of c. 2000 BCE - 2000 CE.

I teach in archaebotanical methodology and coordinate a seminar-series for the Uppsala Archaeobotanical Group.
