I completed my Doc.Soc.Sc at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Helsinki in September 2024. My research interests are inequalities in ageing, migration, gender, intergenerational relations and well-being. My doctoral research was funded by the Finnish Cultural Foundation.
In the academic year (2023-2024), I am teaching two courses at the University of Helsinki: Structural and Urban Social Work and Diversity Migration and Global Social Work Issues.
My teaching subject is focused on international social work, impact of contemporary global migration on social welfare institutional structures and practices, diversity, intersectionality, and theorization on structural social work.
