Establishing the Finnish Institute for Organic Food Mikkeli

The project is responsible for the preparation of the establisment of the Finnish Institute for Organic Food in Mikkeli.

The project consists of four activities: 1. Building the organization structure for the institute, 2. Models for developing the means of livelihood in organic food sector, 3. Models for organic research and 4. Popularization of organic research.

Ruralia Institute coordinates the project, and has MTT Agrifood Research Finland, Mikkeli unit as a partner.
