The project provides the necessary developmental milestones for both the contents and the functions of the Green Creative Garden Program 2013 in the Seinäjoki Region. It aims at drawing some essential guidelines in order to raise cultural know-how as part of the innovative work in the South Ostrobothnian food system.
The road map is drawn up in a think-tank process by the Cultural Focus Group of the University Consortium of South Ostrobothnia in the autumn of 2014. The multidisciplinary discussion groups involved in the process has representatives from both research and business life with backgrounds in various branches of the cultural world, such as gastronomy, architecture, music, design, history, and cultural heritage. The special interest of the process lay in consumers’ experiences and well-being. The questions of milieu, multi-sensitivity, and narratives are studied in the discussion groups.
