Job Quality and Industrial Relations in the Personal and Household Services Sector

Before joining HU, together with AIAS (Amsterdam Institute for Advances Labour Studies) I acquired funding from European Commission, Open Call DG employment and social inclusion VS/2018/0041. The aim of the PHS-QUALITY project is to study, from a comparative and multidisciplinary perspective, the existing public policies and social partners’ strategies towards Personal and Household Services (PHS) in ten EU countries, namely, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, France, Finland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and the UK. PI Maarten Keune, University of Amsterdam, total €392 713.66. I was a co-applicant (University of Twente) and in charge of the Finnish case study and led the social science part of the research.
