Pakuri (Inonotus obliquus) and the mushroom specialties in the forests

The aim of the project is to prepare an application to the EU quality scheme system concerning PDO/PGI products. The project is functionally divided into two different work packages: the preparation of the application and the carrying out of the application process and the production of PR material to support the refiners' production, primary/raw material production. The project also develops synergy between the brand and marketing strategy and companies. The main target groups are the pakuri producers, processors and the export companies.
