Sammanfattning

The various ways in which LGBTQI and queer identified persons have formed intimate relationships of one kind or another. Not always familial, dyadic or sexual, these communities provided a kind of tangible, emotional support different from but in ways similar to civil union. Suggest ways in which this rich history (and present) is overshadowed and perhaps lost given the focus on gay marriage.
