Review of the Fennoscandian Chrysolampidae (Chalcidoidea), including the description of a new species

A review of the Fennoscandian species of the chalcidoid genus Chrysolampus is given with a description of a new species: Chrysolampus albosetosus Vikberg sp. n. here reported from Finland, Norway and Sweden. Taxonomic treatments, DNA barcodes and an identification key are provided for the following four species occurring in Fennoscandia: Chrysolampus albosetosus sp. n., C. rufitarsis (Förster, 1859), C. splendidulus (Spinola, 1808) and C. thenae (Walker, 1848) as well as a few additional similar species of Chrysolampus found in adjacent areas. Lectotypes for C. rufitarsis and C. shurik (Nikolskaya, 1952) are designated. Chrysolampis shurik is removed from the Swedish and Finnish species list. New potential plant associations include Lathyrus linifolius (Reichard) Bässler for Chrysolampus splendidulus in Norway and Glechoma hederaceum L. for C. rufitarsis in Finland and Norway.
