Sammanfattning

The Ruissian actor and teacher of acting Michael Chekhov developed his own method of acting based on the Russian theatre school, esp. the system of Stanislavsky and his acting roles in Moscow, modern directing and the ideas of R. Steiner. He developed his methods in Moscow and the Anglo-American studios he directed in 1936 - 1942, and also in Hollywood in the Drama Studio.
